03
Article 3 (Effect & Amendment of these Terms)
① Effectiveness

These Terms take effect when posted within the Service or notified to Users by email or other reasonable means. By registering for or continuing to use the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

② Amendments

We may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  • We will announce amendments within the Service at least 7 days before they take effect.
  • For amendments that are materially unfavorable to Users, we will provide at least 30 days' notice, including individual notice by email or push notification.
  • If you continue using the Service after an amendment's effective date without expressly objecting, you are deemed to have accepted the amended Terms.
  • If you do not agree to amended Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
04
Article 4 (Account Registration)
① Formation of Agreement

An agreement is formed when a User applies for registration and the Company accepts that application. Applying for registration constitutes agreement to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

② Grounds for Refusal

The Company may refuse an application, or terminate an existing agreement, in any of the following cases:

  • The application uses a false identity or impersonates another person
  • The application contains false information or omits required information
  • The applicant is under the minimum age required by applicable law and has not obtained parental/guardian consent
  • The applicant has a prior history of restriction for violating these Terms
  • There is a technical or operational reason that prevents registration
③ Minors

Users under the age required by local law to consent on their own behalf must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. Where a minor makes a purchase without the required consent, the minor or their parent/guardian may request cancellation through help@dream-theater.co.kr, subject to applicable consumer protection law; purchases made through an app store follow that app store's own refund process (see Article 10).

If you become aware that your account has been compromised or is being used without authorization, you must notify us immediately and follow our instructions. We are not liable for loss resulting from a delay in such notification.

Where advance notice is not possible due to unavoidable circumstances, we will provide notice as soon as reasonably possible afterward.

07
Article 7 (Paid Services & Payment)
① Using Paid Services

To use paid features, you must complete payment through the method designated by the Company — typically the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or a payment method provided directly by the Company.

② Pricing
  • Prices for paid features are as shown on the relevant in-app screen; the Company may change prices with advance notice.
  • Prices may include applicable taxes (e.g. VAT/sales tax) depending on the app store's policy and your location.
  • Coins (hard currency) are not redeemable for cash and can only be used within the Service.
③ Validity of Purchased Items

Purchased paid items remain usable for as long as your account exists, unless a specific expiration is stated at the time of purchase. Any remaining paid items are forfeited upon account deletion.

For purchases made through an app store, refunds follow that app store's own policy (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Article 9 applies only to purchases made directly through the Company.

08
Article 8 (Auto-Renewing Subscriptions)
① Subscription Products

The Company may offer auto-renewing subscription products, such as "ad removal."

② Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in which case the same amount will be charged automatically.

③ Billing

Renewal charges are billed to your App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play account within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

④ Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription or turn off auto-renewal at any time through your app store's subscription management screen (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle; you retain access through the end of the period you already paid for.

⑤ Renewal Reminders

Where required by applicable law or app store policy, we may notify you by email or in-app notification before your subscription renews.

⑥ Price Changes

If we increase subscription pricing, we will give advance notice of the change and its effective date. The increased price applies from your next billing cycle only if you agree to it; if you do not agree, your subscription will not renew and will end at the close of the current billing period.

⑦ Payment, Renewal & Refund Policy

Payment, renewal, and refunds for subscriptions are governed by the applicable app store's policy (App Store, Google Play).

09
Article 9 (Item Gifting Feature)
① Using the Gift Feature

Members may send paid items as gifts to friends within the Service. A gift is finalized once the recipient accepts it after it has been sent.

② Cancelling a Sent Gift

The sender may cancel a gift before the recipient accepts it. Once the recipient has accepted the gift, it can no longer be cancelled.

③ Acceptance Period

Recipients must accept a gift within 30 days of the send date. Gifts not accepted within this period automatically expire, and the payment is refunded to the sender.

④ Privacy

Only the sender's nickname, gift item information, and any accompanying message are shared with the recipient. Real names, contact details, and other personal data are not disclosed.

Fraud, cash-for-item exchanges, or other misuse of the gift feature may result in account restriction and legal action.

10
Article 10 (Withdrawal & Refunds)
① Withdrawal Period

Where you purchased directly from the Company, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the purchase date (or the minimum period required by your local consumer protection law, if longer). The following are excluded from withdrawal, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Content or items that have already been used or whose use has begun
  • Digital content you expressly consented to access immediately, thereby losing your right of withdrawal
  • Items already sent as a gift and accepted by the recipient
  • Items obtained through a time-limited event
② Refund Process

To request a refund, contact customer support. We aim to process eligible requests within 3–5 business days of receipt. The time for funds to appear may vary depending on your payment provider.

③ App Store Purchases

For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refunds must be requested directly from the relevant app store, in accordance with that store's refund policy.
